Dear Darrel and Donna,

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for the beautiful home you have given us. It’s beyond our expectation.

Who would have thought that while we were looking for a builder in Ashe County we would find friends who were the premier home builders in the area? Well, that’s just what happened when we contacted you.

By the time our first meeting was over we knew we’d found the right man (and woman) for the job. We immediately felt relaxed and comfortable with you. As our project moved forward we came to trust and depend on you. You were always available, always gave us straight answers, and always came through for us.

As busy as you are you always made us feel as if we were your only client. Your time was our time. You responded to phone calls, emails and could make my chicken scratch on a scarp of paper in to exactly what I wanted.

Your contractors are the best at what they do. Your professionalism and integrity is reflected in the work they do for you. They all do first rate work with the care and thought of someone working on their own home.

Donna, you are the greatest. You treated me like your best friend, kept me on track and held my hand the whole way. I couldn’t have done it without you.

You are warm and friendly people, honest helpful and dependable. We are proud to say we have a Darrel Hamilton Home and best of all…we get to call you friends.

Without reservation, when building a home, it has to be…Darrel Hamilton Builder…Premiere Builder of Dreams.

Dear Darrel and Donna:

They told us we were crazy, that we'd get divorced, that all sorts of dire things would happen if we tried to build "long distance."

They couldn't have been more wrong. Working on our beautiful house with you two has been one of the most pleasant, most fun experiences of our lives. Everything about the project exceeded our expectations. You were so prompt with answers to questions, so quick to let us know anything out of the ordinary, and so great to talk with. It's almost as if you saw our vision of the house through our eyes.

The workmanship is exquisite, the site was always clean, and the end product truly is my "WOW" house. We are so happy to have worked with you and get to know you both. I hope we will continue our friendship as we begin to enjoy our new home in the coming years. Thank you both so much for all the hard work and thought you put into our home, as I know you do all your houses. We were lucky you were our first contact. We hope to share it with you when we get some furniture up there, which should be in early May. Again, thanks for making this one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives.

My experience with Darrel Hamilton Builder was a very pleasant and rewarding one. When my wife and I decided to build a mountain home in Jefferson, N.C., Mr. Hamilton helped us design one of the most beautiful and efficient mountain homes in North Carolina. He was always on the job, making sure that all the fine details for our home were met to our specification and satisfaction. He is very honest. A man of integrity who stands behind his work. During the construction process, his construction crew was always friendly and respectful to both my wife and me each time we visited the worksite. Cheri and I just wanted to take a moment to write a few words about our recently completed vacation home building project in Fleetwood Falls.

We would not let anyone else build a house for us but Darrel Hamilton. Darrel checked on our construction daily. If work was not done correctly, he would have them do it over again. He was quite organized and easy to work with. Our house is now one year old and we haven't had any problems.
